I’m currently working as a Planning Engineer in the UAE, and I honestly couldn’t have done it without SLPE. They guided me from the very beginning, starting when I was still in Sri Lanka, and supported me through every step until I secured my job. Even now, the support continues. The SLPE community is always helpful and ready to support one another. I’m truly grateful to SLPE for being part of my journey and success.

As a Civil Engineer, I have been looking for the right guidance since the beginning of my professional life. Despite the many reputable courses available for Primavera, I don’t believe there is another program like the SLPE foundation program that teaches the use of P6 in a way that is relevant to the nature of the UAE job market and the UAE Planning Engineer job role. It is excellent.

I am very happy to share my experience with SLPE UAE. I joined the group in September 2025, and it played a very important role in my career journey. I came to the UAE in November 2025, and the guidance from the group helped me prepare confidently for the job market.
With the support of senior members, I learned planning engineering concepts, Primavera P6 theory, and gained a clear understanding of career development in the UAE construction industry. Mr. Janakantha guided us at every stage, and Mr. Lahiru supported me continuously with career guidance. During my first interviews, when I felt stressed and lacked confidence, Mr. Maleesha encouraged and guided me with great care.
