As a Civil Engineer, I have been looking for the right guidance since the beginning of my professional life. I am very happy to share my experience with SLPE UAE. I joined the group in September 2025, and it played a very important role in my career journey. I came to the UAE in November 2025, and the guidance from the group helped me prepare confidently for the job market.
With the support of senior members, I learned planning engineering concepts, Primavera P6 theory, and gained a clear understanding of career development in the UAE construction industry. Mr. Janakantha guided us at every stage, and Mr. Lahiru supported me continuously with career guidance. During my first interviews, when I felt stressed and lacked confidence, Mr. Maleesha encouraged and guided me with great care.
